The HONHAAR Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025 has been launched to provide financial assistance to talented students of Punjab who wish to pursue higher education. This program is specifically designed to support deserving candidates who are beginning their academic journey in selected universities and colleges across public, federal, and private sectors.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the HONHAAR Scholarships, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- No age restrictions.
- Must possess a domicile of Punjab province.
- Open for both male and female students (no gender preference).
- Monthly family income must not exceed:
- Rs. 350,000/- for Public Sector Higher Education Institutions.
- Rs. 500,000/- for Federal and Private Sector Higher Education Institutions.
(An affidavit on e-stamp paper is mandatory. A sample affidavit is available for download.)
- The student must be enrolled in the first semester or first year of selected disciplines in 2025.
- Students admitted in the first year of MBBS and BDS programs in 2025 are also eligible.
- Scholarships will be awarded purely on the basis of merit.
Minimum Marks Requirement
Applicants must achieve the following minimum marks to be considered:
Public Sector Universities and Colleges
- Sciences: 70% or above
- Arts and Social Sciences: 65% or above
MBBS / BDS (Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges)
- 80% or above
Federal and Private Sector Universities
- Sciences: 70% or above
- Arts and Social Sciences: 65% or above
HED Colleges
- Sciences: 65% or above
- Arts: 60% or above
Merit Calculation
Merit will be determined on the following basis:
- 30% weightage from Matriculation marks
- 70% weightage from Intermediate marks
This ensures that candidates with consistent academic performance are prioritized.
